If you require consultancy in your business, we have management with a combined 50 years experience in  delivery and warehousing operations that are available to enter your business from 2 days to 1 year in order to support your projects and offer advice and experience where required. Driving and Logistics

Our recruitment team are dedicated and work tirelessly to ensure that our clients always have the correct skills and number of staff. Supplying C+E through to van drivers, our consultants have a combined30 years experience in the industry. With a client base that has stayed with us for 7-10 years, we deliver a real 24-7 operation that flexes and moves with your volumes. From dedicated, on or off site service provision, through to adhoc holiday cover, we have the staff available to service you requirements, when you need them.

Our service can include inductions, assessments, uniform, quarterly licence checks and much more. Again, you tailor the options to suit your needs.

European Sourcing

At Synergy we recognise the drastic shortage of skill within the logistics industry, especially at peak times of the year. To help our clients address the shortages, we have developed a European sourcing programme.  With a network of resourcing in Spain, Portugal and western Europe, we are able to recruit and place C+E and C skill sets into locations without pulling from the local labour pool. We place the resource in the area, dedicate them to your operation and increase the available pool for our clients to answer the skill shortages and their peak needs.

Warehouse and Distribution

From peak, short term supply to on site, managed solutions, Synergy are experienced and able to offer a series of tailored labour supply solutions and models to suit your  requirements. Coupled with our European sourcing programme, we can offer a “ different” solution to other labour providers. Additional services include training, inductions, uniform and vetting, and they can all form part of your delivered service, as tailored and determined by you and your operational requirements.
